Welcome to Deor. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deor platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Some content is available only to paying subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

3. Creator Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish and grant Deor a limited licence to host, display, and deliver that content to their audience. You may not copy, redistribute, record, or resell any content accessed through the Service without the creator's explicit permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass paywalls, scrape content, upload unlawful or infringing material, harass other users, or interfere with the platform's operation or security.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
